Mediated Family Law Solutions

Michelle Strause practiced law from 1986 until December 2021 when she retired. Michelle is now a professional mediator who strives to provide a private, respectful method to assist people in achieving an amicable compromise in family law disputes. Mediation is important and can be an effective method to assist individuals who are unable to efficiently communicate. Mediation can establish a common ground between the parties and save thousands of dollars in litigation. Michelle offers mediation services for pre-marital negotiations, divorce, child support, paternity, and custody/visitation issues.

Michelle Strause and her team offer professional mediation services to help families create the best strategy to address their current issues and their long-term plans. Her goal is to help families achieve resolutions without losing control of what matters most for each unique situation.

You don’t have to be represented by an attorney to utilize mediation services.
